The learner and teacher are as one,
Light and shadow from the same sun,
Scent and flower from the same seed,
Child and parent of every creed.
No lesson ever unlearned,
No ember has twice been burned,
No two snowflakes created the same,
No different rules for the game.
There is no end to the education of time;
A master is the student next in line,
Who keeps growing a novice mind,
Never knowing all or being all-knowing,
Being teachable by the remoulding
hands that have shaped the ocean of wisdom
that resides within the atom’s kingdom.
