On hearing of his friend’s death, someone asked him how he felt.
“It is not good; it is not bad. Things change in life all the time and another change has happened,” he said.
“What have they changed into?,” they asked.
“Spirit, soul, dust, I don’t know, but they have changed.”
“They have not changed, they are dead!”
“I am changed by hearing of his death,” said the man, “And he is changed by the death of his body.”
The questioner was puzzled by the remarks and walked away a changed man.
